We have the opportunity to RESCUE and EMPOWER thousands of youth in Uganda every year as they are given hope and learn about the unique masterpiece they were created to be!

Our Mission
Our heart and mission for the youth has not waivered, and we continue to search for the most impactful strategies to deeply impact the youth and their communities. To truly impact a life and transform a community there must be a wholistic approach, one that the people themselves design, lead, and directly benefit from. We are turning the typical model of western charity upside down! For too long African communities have depended on foreign aide and charity for low-level survival, creating in many areas a culture of dependency. Our goal is to create a locally owned and operated fully self-sustainable micro-economy that produces skilled workers in the marketplace WHILE empowering flourishing businesses whose PROFITS go directly back into the skilling center… FOREVER

Through Masterpiece International we are finding and rescuing the most vulnerable and hopeless youth, and giving them hope and a future through skills training, life skills and deep discipleship.
Education
Tandika Technical Institute is our Skilling Center/Trade School. Tandika in the local language means to “start up” or “begin.” We will be training in over a dozen different skills that our youth will be certified in or receive diplomas for by the Ugandan Government, including:

Each skill will have a business attached to it, all profits will flow back into the skilling center to FOREVER fund it, breaking the model of dependency. We will call our business complex MASTERPIECE MARKETPLACE, it will be a high-end, modern complex and each business will be a Masterpiece of its own!
