Join the Rescue

Give a Skill.
Change a Generation.

Your gift does not buy a temporary fix. It buys a trade, a business plan, a mentor, and a future that keeps producing long after the gift is spent.

Finish the Building

$1.7M to full self-sustainability.

We are raising approximately $1,696,000 to complete the main building that will house the interior school space and the businesses connected to the skills we teach. Approximately $600,000 remains to reach this goal.

Inside will be a high-end restaurant and café, a salon and spa, electronics and phone repair, a professional podcast and content studio, and retail shops featuring clothing, shoes, accessories, and locally made goods. This same space will host weddings and events.

Every dollar moves us closer to a school that is not dependent on donations — a school that funds its own rescue work through the excellence of its students and businesses.

The Businesses

Revenue that funds the mission.

  • 01

    Restaurant & Café

A high-end dining experience that trains culinary and hospitality students while generating revenue for the school.

  • 02

    Salon & Spa

A professional beauty center serving the community and providing hands-on training for cosmetology students.

  • 03

    Electronics & Phone Repair

A tech service hub for computers, phones, and electronics — teaching repair skills and serving local customers.

  • 04

    Media & Content Studio

A podcast, videography, photography, and content production studio run by students and hired by clients.

  • 05

    Marketplace Shops

Clothing, shoes, accessories, and locally made goods sold in on-campus retail spaces.

  • 06

    Events & Weddings

A stunning venue for weddings, conferences, and gatherings — showcasing student work and hospitality.

These are not side projects. They are the engine of sustainability. Our hope is that the quality and uniqueness of these businesses will draw not only local customers, but also international visitors who want to experience our hospitality, learn our model, and see firsthand how rescue and empowerment can replace dependency.

  • Build

    Capital gift

Where It Goes

Every gift funds capacity, not dependency.

  • Vocational instruction across nine trades at Tandika Technical Institute
  • Sewing machines, tools, equipment, and training materials
  • Christian discipleship, mentorship, and character development
  • Certification preparation and business start-up coaching
  • Campus operations, utilities, and safe learning spaces
  • Marketplace ventures that return profit to the mission

The goal is a school that no longer needs rescuing — so it can keep rescuing others.

We are deeply grateful to every family, church, business, and partner who has given to make this campus possible. This list reflects the major gifts received to date; more partners will be added as we continue to record and honor every contribution.

Ephesians 2:10

“For we are God's MASTERPIECE, created in Christ Jesus to do good works…”

When you give, you are not sponsoring a project. You are agreeing with God about who a young person already is — and paying for the tools to prove it.
