The Core Idea
We don't simply meet a need. We equip a life.
For a young person trapped in extreme poverty, vulnerability is usually rooted in something very practical: there is no clear pathway to earn a living. Remove that, and most other risks shrink with it.
So we give a skill — a real, certifiable, market-tested trade — alongside the business knowledge to sell it and the discipleship to carry it well.

Tandika Technical Institute
A place to begin again.
Tandika means “start up” or “begin.” It is the vocational heart of our campus, where a student arrives without a pathway and leaves with a trade, a certification track, and a discipleship foundation.
