The multi-story Masterpiece International campus building in Uganda

Campus & Future Vision

Building a Campus That
Funds Its Own Mission.

Classrooms, workshops, housing, and businesses on one site in Uganda — designed so growth in students does not require growth in donations.

Today

Roughly 30,000 square feet of purpose.

The current campus houses Tandika Technical Institute — classrooms, sewing and tailoring halls, cosmetology space, computer training, and gathering areas for worship and discipleship.

It is functional and full of life, and it is also the smallest version of what this site is designed to become.

The Build-Out

What comes next.

  • 01

    Expanded Workshops

Dedicated space and equipment for automotive, metal fabrication, plumbing, and electrical training at scale.

  • 02

    Student Housing

Safe on-campus residence so students from distant villages can complete a full training term.

  • 03

    Media & Studio Wing

Photography, video, and audio production facilities that both train students and earn revenue.

  • 04

    Hospitality & Culinary

A working restaurant and event venue where catering and hospitality students train on real customers.

  • 05

    Salon & Beauty Center

A commercial salon serving the community and funding cosmetology training.

  • 06

    Chapel & Discipleship Space

A gathering place for worship, teaching, and mentorship at the center of campus life.

Each phase adds training capacity and revenue capacity at the same time — the school grows and its ability to fund itself grows with it.

The Vision

2,000–3,000 students a year.

Fully built, this campus is designed to train thousands of students per year across nine or more trades, with businesses on site absorbing graduates and generating profit for the mission.

That number is a target, not today's enrollment. We publish it because partners deserve to know exactly what they are building toward.

One campus. Thousands of futures. A mission that sustains itself.
